Mending Hearts began as a small gathering for people searching for a safe place to recover after heartbreak. It has since evolved into a global community of individuals who travel together, heal together, and rebuild their lives through transformative, high-end retreats in some of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.

 

For more than five years, we’ve hosted one of the leading luxury divorce and grief retreats, guiding guests through emotional recovery with a blend of trauma-informed therapy, curated travel experiences, and deep community support. What truly sets us apart is the connection that continues long after the retreat ends. Many of our guests stay in touch, meet up for lunches, join courses, travel together, and support each other through life’s highs and lows.

 

Our retreats go far beyond what most “grief” or “divorce retreats” offer. We combine expert-led healing sessions with luxury accommodation, cultural immersion, adventure, and a genuine sense of community. Guests often leave with more clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
