Our grief retreat in Thailand takes place at the five-star Santiburi Koh Samui, and this will be our second retreat here.

This will be our 14th Mending Hearts Retreat. Over the years we've hosted retreats in Spain, Greece, Portugal, Morocco and Thailand, and one thing I've learnt is that finding the right place matters.

I think we've found two places that have something really special our beautiful villa in Marrakech and, here in Thailand, the five-star Santiburi Koh Samui.

This will be our second retreat at Santiburi and we can't wait to go back. Nestled amongst coconut trees on one of Koh Samui's most beautiful beaches, on the quieter side of the island, it gives us everything I want for Mending Hearts Retreat: privacy, space, five-star luxury and somewhere you can genuinely switch off from the outside world and the chance to focus on just yourself.

But this isn't simply a luxury holiday. You'll have qualified therapeutic support, daily yoga and the opportunity to learn meditation from local Thai Buddhist monks and discover practical ways to calm your nervous system. You'll be surrounded by others who are also navigating divorce, grief, loss or a major change in their lives, so you don't have to do any of this alone.

Your seven nights at Santiburi are five-star and all-inclusive, with your own private suite or villa and private bathroom, meals, drinks allowance, private transfers, therapy, daily yoga and our planned experiences included. No sharing rooms and no hidden extras. We take care of the details so you can concentrate on yourself.

And our support doesn't suddenly end when you check out. Aftercare is part of Mending Hearts. Our guests stay connected, we arrange meet-ups, and you become part of a community of people who understand what you've been through. Many of our guests come back to us again, some several times.

And if you're travelling all the way to Thailand, you can make the experience even bigger. Join us first for two nights in Bangkok, where we'll start the journey together before flying to Koh Samui.
