Perfectly situated in 12 acres of stunning private land in an Area of outstanding beauty. Just 1 hour from central London, Brighton and Airports, with mainline train station only 5 minutes away.
The Estate sleeps 12 guests with single occupancy with private bathrooms/en-suites. Plus a futher 2 x 2 bedroom lodges for sharers.
17th Century 50-metre Long Barn is the ideal central practice hub with mat space for 24 people. The barn also
has a fully fitted kitchen, toilets and a stunning inglenook fireplace, which is a lovely addition to evening practice.
The Grade II listed Farmhouse offers country dining for upto 28 people
The Lodge Suites offer private, high end accommodation with self-catering facilities and log burners.
There is an outdoor heated swimming pool situated in its own private gardens, along with a giant hot
tubs with panoramic views across the stunning East Sussex countryside.
